HVAC Technician

GLT Heating & Cooling are looking to expand our dedicated team of service professionals. GLT has been serving Windsor Park and Winnipeg for 20 years and have also opened an office in Steinbach.

The successful candidate will need strong trouble shooting skills and the ability to come up with solutions for our customers. This person should also have the ability to preform soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication is a requirement for this position.

The qualified candidate must be a registered apprentice and having a “B” gas fitters license and Mopia certification would be preferred. Candidate should have good communication skills, and basic diagnostic skills. Also required is the ability to perform equipment service and maintenance and to follow controls/wiring diagrams and schematics.

Team work is a priority and technicians must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed, in addition to working overtime, evening, and weekend hours.
